Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FXHub ("we") collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. We are the data controller. You can contact us at office@caiostudio.eu.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name/nickname, email, password (hashed), country, date of birth or 18+ attestation.
• Identity verification (KYC): identity document images and a selfie, submitted when you first withdraw. Used only to verify your identity and meet legal obligations.
• Financial data: coin top-ups, entries, prizes, withdrawals, crypto wallet addresses and transaction references. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser info, log data, and cookies necessary to operate and secure the Platform.
• Trading data: the equity and performance of the demo account assigned to you during a championship.

2. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Contract — to run your account, championships, wallet, and payouts.
• Legal obligation — identity verification, anti-money-laundering, tax, and record-keeping.
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud/abuse prevention, and improving the Platform.
• Consent — optional analytics/marketing, where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed with: identity/monitoring providers (e.g. MetaAPI for read-only trade monitoring), email and hosting providers, and payment/crypto networks; and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by law (financial and AML records are typically retained for 5 years). KYC documents are retained only as long as necessary for verification and legal compliance, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email office@caiostudio.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and security, and — with your consent — optional cookies to understand usage. You can manage optional cookies via the consent banner.

8. Security

We use encryption for sensitive fields, hashed passwords, access controls, and monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; the version above will change and material updates will be notified.
