Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FXHub (the "Platform"), operated by FXHub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, entering a championship, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter a contract.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where paid skill competitions or our services are prohibited or restricted. We may block registration or entry from certain countries and may require proof of residence.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened on behalf of others are prohibited.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on prizes you receive.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, are involved in fraud or abuse, or fail identity verification.

3. How championships work

• Each championship has a published entry fee, prize pool, start and end time, and rules. You enter by paying the entry fee from your coins wallet.
• At the moment a championship goes live, every entrant is assigned a fresh, identical MetaTrader 5 (MT5) demo account with the same starting balance. You trade this account during the competition window.
• We monitor each account's equity in read-only mode and rank participants by a risk-adjusted performance score. Ranking methodology and tie-breakers are described on each championship page.
• At the end, the published prize distribution is paid to the top-ranked eligible participants. A portion of the entry fees (the platform fee) is retained by us. Prize pools may be guaranteed regardless of the number of entrants.

4. Coins wallet

Entry fees and prizes are handled in coins, where 1 coin = 1 USD. You top up coins by sending USDT/USDC and confirming your payment; we credit coins after verifying the transfer. Prizes are credited to your wallet as coins. Coins have no value outside the Platform and are not a deposit, e-money, or investment. You may withdraw eligible coins as USDT/USDC after completing identity verification — see the Refund Policy and AML/KYC Policy.

5. Fair play and integrity

To keep competitions fair, the following are prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and account closure:

• Colluding with other participants, or entering with multiple accounts.
• Exploiting broker/quote errors, latency, or platform bugs; abusing off-market or stale prices.
• Breaching a championship's stated risk rules (e.g. maximum loss limits) or trading restrictions.
• Any attempt to manipulate the ranking, the monitoring system, or another participant's account.

We may review any account for integrity, adjust or withhold rankings and prizes where a breach is found, and reverse prize credits obtained through prohibited conduct.

6. Prizes and payout

Prizes are credited to your coins wallet when a championship is finalized. To withdraw, you must first complete identity verification (KYC). We pay withdrawals in USDT/USDC to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct address; transfers to an incorrect address cannot be recovered. We may withhold payout pending integrity or AML review.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it to launder funds. We may report suspected illegal activity to authorities.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

Trading championships use demo accounts and do not constitute investment advice, brokerage, or a regulated financial service. Past performance does not indicate future results. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for third-party services (brokers, MT5, MetaAPI, payment networks) or for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total entry fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel a championship, or withhold prizes where required by law, for suspected fraud or breach, or for operational reasons. Where a championship is cancelled, paid entry fees are refunded as coins per the Refund Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email, and the version number above will be incremented. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
